What is VMind?

VMind uses cutting edge VR technology to support young people with low-mood depression or anxiety. It is a stand-alone virtual reality tool for supporting adolescents with their mental health. Based on tried and tested methodologies for emotional regulation and self-management of low mood, depression and anxiety.
