Mike has worked as Developer for years, he’s now a fully fledged CIO running a team who build Ed- tech software. Mike can build just about anything, in the real world and in technology!
Sophie has been around the Marketing block since the day she fell out of University over 20 years ago. Since then she’s worked extensively in data and technology and following the completion of her MBA at Leeds University Business school she now works in entrepreneurial businesses, getting them fit to scale up.
Siobhan is an Associate Professor in Mental Health Psychology in the School of Psychology, at The University of Leeds. Learn more about her here. Siobhan has an academic career of over 20 years and is interested in understanding the nature, origin and experience of mental health difficulties, particularly in adolescents. Siobhan works with many international bodies and institutions to are keen to learn how to deliver excellence in mental health research including Councils, schools and NGOs. She’s passionate about investigating the potential of co-designed programs as prevention and early intervention. We are so lucky to have Siobhan helping. Siobhan is a driving force in our journey!
Another great individual we have met on the journey is the marvellous Trish! Trish is our resident expert on all things mindfulness, and much more besides. Its with Trish’s open minded and down to earth approach that we are able to explore how we can bring tried and tested methods together with technology to engage with wider audiences and support more people with their mental health. Learn more about Trish here. She has worked with; the NHS, school children, at recovery centres, on audio productions and with private organisations. Trish meditates every day and learnt with Tibetan buddhists and Indian gurus over many years of travelling to far-flung places. Having started out with degrees in medical and biological sciences and in recent years trained extensively with the Mindfulness Association, her particular focus is on the mental health applications of mindfulness interventions.
